Park, Inc. actively seeks new opportunities to expand its portfolio. We regularly invest in multi-family developments and seek existing assets that capitalize on value- added opportunities that are not readily available, or apparent to our competitors.

Our acquisition criteria is as follows:

Single properties of 25 or more units
Minimum purchase amount of $2 million
Properties may be in any condition
Open to all geographic locations
Willing to assume debt to maximize after sale return
Ability to close quickly (short due diligence)
Prefer markets with stable or growing population and employment
Single assets or portfolios of properties
